Robert Zych

Managing co-owner, boss, trainer, coach

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He learned the sales rules at Warsaw Coca Cola Bottlers. Since 1997, together with his mentors and teachers, Jerzy Gut and Wojciech Haman, he has been running the OSH contract contract. He is the author of the books Gen Reseller, Sales Leader, Customer in the spotlight, Boss as a coach, Boss in a relationship with the team, Boss engage the team. He has been working as a sales trainer for over 20 years. He trained companies from the list of 100 largest in Poland.

Specialization

Since 1997 I have been conducting training projects aimed at achieving results and building involvement in organizations. He specializes in projects for leaders, bosses and active sales. I work in accordance with the values ​​of Contract - OSH, I am focused on achieving results, I create conditions for the development of my clients and colleagues. I work based on the Insight Discovery methodology.

I am a coach a supervisor of the Polish Chamber of Coaching.

I run workshops

AIDDA Active Sales System, Gen Sellers, Sales Leader, Boss as Coach, Decision Making for Leaders, Grytviken Game. As a coach, I use the tool of tooling and developmental coaching.

Successes

I run a training and consulting company, which was one of the top ten training companies in Poland in terms of sales in the Home & Market 2008 ranking. I am developing the OSH Kontrakt publishing activity. We are a team of creative authors who have published 6 items in recent years - each of them has sold thousands of copies. Customers who work with us achieve above-average results of implementations in training processes. I have been playing squash since 1995, in the years 2002–2006 I was one of the top twenty players in Poland (according to the Polish Federation of Squash ranking).

In free time

Wonderful areas of the Dylewskie Hills around Ostróda - I recommend walking and running. Egypt - Marsa Alam - amazing magic of the place, which combines the possibility of calmness, rest and active sport. In addition, cross-country areas around Żabia Wola in Mazovia.
