His professional experience is managing the area of ​​recruitment, training and development planning in large organizations.

Initially, for several years associated with the FMCG industry, he built HR programs and practices that were also implemented in other Eastern European countries. Until the end of 2003, for over four years he managed the recruitment and development of employees at Polkomtel. From January 2004 to the end of 2009 he was a Partner at Aretes Consultants where he implemented several dozen executive search projects and developed and was responsible for coaching practice. Since the beginning of 2010, he has been working as an independent coach and consultant.

Artur is accredited at the PCC level at ICF, he has completed over 3500 hours of coaching mainly for the highest level staff.

In the period from April 2009 to April 2011 he was the President of the Polish Branch of the International Coach Federation.

He runs individual development programs mainly for managers with extensive experience, he also runs team coaching. Working with senior management, it supports the development of leadership skills, cooperation, and personal effectiveness and efficiency in interpersonal communication.
